SHIPPING POLICY

ELIZABETH WASSERMAN will ship out your order within 5-7 business days after receipt of order and payment. If we are unable to meet this deadline, we will contact you.

All ELIZABETH WASSERMAN orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service. Each order will have a tracking number associated with your order once it has left our studio.

Please note that all international orders are subject to each country’s import taxes, custom duties, and brokerage fees.  Recipient is responsible for paying these fees and those extra fees may add to the International flat rate fee below.  Unfortunately, ELIZABETH WASSERMAN cannot control these charges nor predict them, so please contact your local customs office for further detailed information prior to placing international orders. 

ELIZABETH WASSERMAN is responsible for all packages until they are tendered to the USPS.

 

RETURN POLICY

We are certain that you will love your purchase!  However, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance at ELIZABETH WASSERMAN. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@elizabeth-wasserman.com within 2 days of receiving your collection piece, to receive authorization for your return.  

Once you receive authorization (typically authorizations are given immediately), you can return your collection piece within 10 days for a full refund.  Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.  Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  Free return shipping is only available when it involves a production mistake on our end.  Non-refundable items include all sale, personalized, special orders and gift certificates and are FINAL SALE.  

Once we receive your returned collection piece and approval has been established, please allow 10 business days for the refund back to your credit card. The refund can only be issued to the original credit card used for payment.

Note: Our return processing center only accepts returns for items purchased on www.elizabeth-wasserman.com. Returns for items purchased at one of our retailers must be handled with the store in which the items were originally purchased and are subject to each retailer’s return/exchange policy.
